1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the use of potiche.be and the sale of ceramics courses, workshops, session packs and gift vouchers offered by Potiche ASBL, located in Uccle, Brussels, Belgium.

2. Registration & Account

• Creating an account is free and required to make bookings.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Information provided must be accurate and up to date.
• Potiche reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms.

3. Courses & Bookings

• Courses can be booked online through the website, subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed after full payment of the amount due.
• The number of places is limited. Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Course descriptions (content, duration, materials) are provided for guidance and may be slightly adapted.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is made online by credit/debit card via the secure Stripe platform.
• Potiche reserves the right to change prices at any time. Applicable prices are those in effect at the time of booking.
• Basic materials are included in the course price, unless stated otherwise.

5. Session Packs

• Packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Pack sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Unused sessions at pack expiration are forfeited.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: up to 10 days before the course start date.
• Late cancellation (less than 10 days): the course is considered due and will not be refunded.
• No-show: no refund or rescheduling.
• In case of force majeure (serious illness with medical certificate), rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• They can be used for any course or workshop offered on the website.
• Gift vouchers are neither exchangeable nor refundable, unless legally required.
• If you lose your voucher code, please contact us with your proof of purchase.

8. Cancellation by Potiche

Potiche reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course in case of force majeure, insufficient participants, or instructor unavailability. In such cases, participants will be informed and a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

9. Liability

• Participants agree to follow the workshop safety guidelines.
• Potiche declines any liability for damage resulting from non-compliance with safety guidelines.
• Objects created during courses remain the property of the participant.
• Potiche reserves the right to photograph courses for promotional purposes, unless the participant objects.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Potiche ASBL and is protected by copyright law. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

11. Applicable Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of the Brussels judicial district shall have jurisdiction.
