Courses & Registration
Do I need experience to sign up?
Not at all! Our intro classes are designed for complete beginners. The instructor adapts to your level. Whether you've never touched clay or you're an experienced potter, there's a class for you.
How many participants per class?
Our classes welcome 6 to 8 participants maximum to ensure personalised guidance. Weekend workshops are limited to 6 spots.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and an apron if you have one (we also have some on site). All materials are provided: clay, tools, potter's wheels, glazes. Wear clothes that can get dirty.
What language are classes taught in?
Classes are primarily in French, but our instructors also speak English and Dutch. Feel free to mention it when registering.
Booking & Payment
How do I book a class?
Go to the Courses page, choose the class you like, select a date and click "Book". Payment is online by credit card, Bancontact or iDEAL.
Can I cancel a booking?
You can cancel your booking up to 10 days before the class starts from your profile area. As per our policy, the amount paid is not refunded, but the session can be rescheduled to another available slot (contact us). Less than 10 days before the class, the session is considered due.
How do packs work?
Packs (5 or 10 sessions) save you on the per-session price. After purchase, sessions are credited to your account and you can use them to book any class. 5-session packs are valid for 6 months, 10-session packs for 12 months.
Do you accept gift vouchers?
Yes! Our gift vouchers can be used for any class or pack. Enter the code when booking and the amount will be deducted automatically.
The Studio
Where is the studio?
Our studio is located in Uccle (Brussels). The exact address is provided after registration. We're accessible by public transport (tram/bus) and have free parking nearby.
What does open studio include?
Open studio gives you access to the workshop for 3 hours. Wheels, tools and glazes are available. Clay is not included but available for purchase on site. This option is reserved for students who have attended at least one class.
When can I collect my pieces?
After class, your pieces go through drying (1-2 weeks), first firing (bisque), glazing (you can do it yourself in open studio), then final firing. Allow about 3-4 weeks total. We'll email you when they're ready.
Do you offer private events?
Absolutely! Hen parties, birthdays, team building, school outings… We organise bespoke workshops for groups. Check our Private Events page or contact us for a quote.
